1. Definitions

3. Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the nogo88 platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. nogo88 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nogo88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold or void any bonus funds and related winnings, and in cases of suspected fraud, retain the entire account balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nogo88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. nogo88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. • Accounts must be registered with accurate and current personal information. Providing false details is a breach of these terms.
• nogo88 reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have recorded no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nogo88 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned subject to successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nogo88 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). nogo88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the platform. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as displayed on the cashier page from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to the nogo88 wallet instantly upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. nogo88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified players will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• nogo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the player's deposit and wagering history.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times during high-volume periods may be longer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nogo88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly in the promotion description.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified by nogo88. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• nogo88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of such withdrawal will remain subject to its original stated terms.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion may have their bonus funds and related winnings voided.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.
• nogo88 is not responsible for any failure to claim a bonus where that failure results from the player not following the correct claim procedure as described in the promotion terms.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The nogo88 platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible individual players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on any deposit transaction.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure uninterrupted availability, nogo88 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

nogo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the nogo88 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law.
